INVITATION LETTER

Participants who are required to obtain permission from their affiliated institutions to attend the congress will be provided with an invitation letter upon request. For requests, please contact taoms@opteamist.com via e-mail.

NAME BADGE

All participants are required to wear their name badges, which will be provided during registration, in order to access the congress venue, exhibition areas, and social activities.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Certificates of Attendance will be sent via e-mail to all registered participants following the conclusion of the congress.

ABSTRACTS

Abstract presentations at the congress will be accepted as Oral Presentations or Poster Presentations. Abstract submission will be conducted online only. No printed materials will be used. Abstracts submitted via fax, e-mail, or postal mail will not be accepted. Detailed information regarding abstract submission guidelines is available on the congress website.

EXHIBITION AND STAND AREA

Exhibition and stand areas, where pharmaceutical and medical device companies related to the dental industry will participate, will be open to participants between June 16–18, 2026.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Organizing Committee of the 32nd International TAOMS Congress reserves the right to partially or completely modify and/or cancel congress activities, events, arrangements, programs, plans, or other components in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to war, strike, lockout, uprising or any civil disturbance, as well as natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, droughts, etc. No party shall be entitled to claim compensation for any damages arising from changes or cancellations due to force majeure.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All refunds will be valid only if cancellation requests are submitted in writing to Opteamist Tourism.
  • For registration and accommodation cancellations notified by March 15, 2026, 50% of the total payment (excluding possible bank charges) will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellation requests notified after March 15, 2026.
